Ongoing training is an essential element of SPECTRUM's commitment to provide quality service to all customers. To ensure our ability to compete with rapidly changing technology, we provide continuing training for our Field Service Technicians. SPECTRUM supplements this training through reciprocal training agreements with other companies as well as utilizing training provided by equipment manufacturers. All new technicians are trained on the products they will be servicing.
